Clean room, excellent location, with a short stroll to the Colosseum and nearby eateries that offered breakfast discounts.

    awesome location

Nice stay with a great spot!

The location is perfect, super close to the Coliseum! Rooms were clean & smelled fresh. I had a room with a high window, kinda a bummer since I couldn't see much. Staff was super friendly tho, and they did switch me to a better room on the last day. Cute little cafes nearby, too!

    great location
    confusing access

Eating around Romano was a treat! Fresh salads and authentic pasta right around the corner made for some epic meals. The location is a gem, just a stone's throw from the Colosseum. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Tiny! You're often hauling your bags like a portly Roman gladiator. Street tents outside can make finding the hotel a bit of a scavenger hunt at first.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a well equipped bathroom, despite the limited room. Ask for a room on the front side: a room with a view and a taste of the Roman street life. Very convenient situated nearby the Forum Romanum, at walking distance from the Colosseum and the Capitol Hill. In front of the hotel are some relatively cheap restaurants, and nearby the excellent restaurant Massenzio - you should taste their beef and pizza!

The beds are not very comfortable and on the small side. You have to keep the windows shut at night because of traffic sounds going on all night.

Fantastic location. Even as a young girl on her own I felt very safe at night and it was within walking distance of everything in Rome, I didn't once get on the underground or a bus. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was pretty decent: Pastry, Coffee, Juice, 2 slices of mini toast with Jam. The room was comfortable, spacious and the cleaners were thorough.

It was late June and boiling outside but I found the room a little chilly at night. And the lift didn't go directly to my floor so I had to carry my suitcase down half a flight but could definitely be worse!

Charming Stay with Really good Staff

My partner and I enjoyed a good stay, highlighted by the rooftop terrace offering fine city views. The doorman's welcome set a positive tone, providing us with a fantastic map that guided our explorations. Definitely make use of the local bus for easy access to the Vatican!

    fantastic location
    bathroom odor
    street noise
    loud stairwell door

The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with large windows that offered a view of the lively street below. Noise from outside and the hallway was disruptive, and there was an unpleasant odor from the bathroom at times. The door to the stairwell was loud when it closed.

I liked very much the vicinity of the city centre, of the monuments. The staff was very warm and kind.

    No, everything was very satisfying.
